Drinking Water Continuing Education Opportunity Approaching

On May 30, 2012, the Division of Compliance Assistance’s Operator Certification Program will begin a two-day continuing education class on drinking water treatment operations and maintenance, followed by a discussion on distribution rehabilitation. During this class, we will examine different methods of improving the treatment process, including alternative treatment methods. For the distribution rehabilitation section of the class, we will talk about different methods of rehabilitation, including trenchless methods, which cover pigging, jetting, pipe jacking, pipe bursting and much more.
