Last fall, a series of free NetDMR training events were held across the state. Because of the success of the events and further demand for the training, the Kentucky Division of Compliance Assistance is pleased to announce three more events to help water and wastewater systems prepare for the NetDMR rollout. NetDMR is a tool for regulated Clean Water Act permittees to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) electronically via the Internet to the U.S. EPA. This system allows facilities to discontinue the use of paper forms for reporting, thus making it easier for facilities to comply with regulatory requirements. This training will introduce you to the new system.
What will be covered in training?
- What is NetDMR?
- The benefits of using NetDMR
- How to get an account
- How to submit your DMR data
Who should attend?
- Certified operators at facilities with KPDES permits (Certified operators are eligible for up to three hours of continuing education credits that can be used for renewal purposes.)
